- Strategic elaboration of the annual investment plan(s) (CapEx) together with the associated PACC (Annual Procurement and Contracts Plan).
- Annual profitability planning (Revenues, Operating Costs (OpEx), management and administrative expenses (G&A)), together with the PAI (Annual Revenue Plan), and PACC (Annual Procurement and Contracts Plan).
- Preparation of the Balanced Management Dashboard (20 indicators) integrating it with the other 4 management dashboards if required (Strategic Annual Map Plans, Financial, Contractual, Operational).
